I have a microscope with Digital Camera attached to it. To start with, I collected a little dust of pollen from the flower in my patio and looked through the microscope. Actually I used the software on my laptop to get the images from the eyepiece of the microscope digitally. Here are few images from a single slide at different magnifications.
